Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below before making your reservation for Yoga Retreat 2027.

Cancellation Timeline

Full Refund

Cancel more than 30 days before the event start date to receive a full refund.

50% Refund

Cancel between 15-30 days before the event to receive a 50% refund.

No Refund

Cancellations within 14 days of the event start date are non-refundable.

How to Cancel

To cancel your reservation, please contact the host directly using the contact information provided below. Include your booking confirmation number and the email address used during registration.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Event Cancellation by Host

In the unlikely event that the host cancels the event, all attendees will receive a full refund regardless of when the cancellation occurs. You will be notified via email with details about the refund process.

Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. If you have extenuating circumstances that prevent you from attending, please contact the host as soon as possible. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
